FREE RETURNS & FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Bonnie Scarves offers free shipping and free returns within the EU and an extended return period of 30 days from the date you receive your order (the statutory EU withdrawal period is 14 days; we have chosen to extend this to 30 days). d
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bonniescarves.com. Include your full name and order number. You may also (optionally) share the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back.
When using our prepaid EU return label, Bonnie Scarves assumes responsibility for the shipment until it has safely reached us. If you choose another return method, or if you return from outside the EU, you are responsible for the product during transport and return shipping costs.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in essentially the same condition as when you received it.
You are welcome to try the product carefully — in the same way you would examine it in a physical store.
This includes trying it on briefly to assess fit, feel, and appearance.
The item must still be returned:
- Unworn beyond what is necessary for examination
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
If the product has been used more than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we may make a value deduction in accordance with consumer legislation.
Please ensure the product is well protected during return shipping. Do not attach labels directly to the product packaging; place the original box or bag inside a secondary protective outer packaging. Transport damage caused by inadequate packaging may lead to a reduction in your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter. These cases are handled as complaints and are not subject to the above return requirements.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
